Input Letters on a label sheet.

1. Select Insert > Text from menu or Text icon from Drawing tool Bar, and drag mouse on the label sheet to a size appropriate for letters to input. Input frame is generated. Or you can just click mouse where you would like to start inputting letters. This will also generate Input frame..

2.2. The Input text message will disappear by pressing Shift button. It also disappears automatically by typing in contents. After inputting the content, change fonts and position as desired. You can change the position by selecting and dragging the input text frame .

3. You can change font, font color, background color, and alignment from Text Property window. When you click OK button after changing Font, Text Property window pops up again. Therefore, you can change the background color at the same time. Horizontal and Vertical Alignment can be done from object select window, which was dragged when inputting text.

When Horizontal Alignment, Vertical Alignment, Font, and Background Color are setup as Center, Middle, Courier New, and NAVY, respectively, the resulting label looks like as follows.

4. If you press BG Color button from the reappeared Text Property window, Color plate window pops up. You can use basic colors defined in the color plate or, you can also define custom colors.

5. You can confirm that alignment, font, and background color change at the same time.

6. If you wish to edit the text, double click the object. The mode will switch to Text Input so that you can correct the text right away .
