Set Printing Range

 

Decide Print Range (Start Position, Data Repeat, Number of printouts).

1. Choose File > Printing Range in the menu bar.

2. Select Print Range and then Print Range window will pop up. Select Print Repetition and Start Position with either mouse or manual input and click OK. Then the original editing window will popup. If you need to connect to a datafile for label output, select Data Unit and Range .

2-1. Use Data Unit as follows. When you use database for your labeling work, select All for printing entire database. Select Data Range and input starting data and ending data. If you want to print several sheets with the same label, select Data Repeat and decide the number of repeats .

If Only First Page Preview were selected, only the first page will be shown during proview. If you want to preview the whole pages, deselect the option.

3. After finishing Print Range, click OK. Then preview window will pop up. If there is nothing wrong, click Print.
